ぶどう膜炎による併発白内障に対する眼内レンズ挿入術

Intraocular lens implantation in complicated cataract secondary to uveitis

　慢性ぶどう膜炎25症例における超音波乳化吸引術ならびに後房レンズを用いた白内障手術成績を報告する。81％が，術後0.5以上の視力を得た。①年齢が35歳以上，②術前3〜4か月は前房に炎症がない—の2つを考えることが，ベーチェット病，原田病，サルコイドーシスなどの種々のぶどう膜炎併発白内障に後房レンズを挿入するための慎重な適応設定となる。

We performed cataract surgery with phacoemulsification and posterior chamber lens implanta-tion in 25 eyes with chronic uveitis. The series included Behçet syndrome, ocular sarcoidosis and Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease. Visual acuity of 0.5 or over was attained in 80% of eyes. This surgical procedure appeared to be indicated for patients aged 35 years or over without active anterior uveitis for the foregoing 4 months.
