（18-P2-5）　80歳男性が右眼に自己閉鎖創白内障手術と眼内レンズ挿入術を受けた。その3か月後に転倒して右顔面と眼球を打撲した。前房は維持され，白内障の術創は閉鎖していた。前房出血と硝子体出血に対して硝子体手術を行った。水晶体嚢と眼内レンズは定位置にあったが，無虹彩であった。受傷の際に虹彩が自己閉鎖創から脱出し，同時に角膜創が再閉鎖したと考えられた。

A 80-year-old male underwent self-sealing cataract surgery by 5.5mm incision with intraocular lens implantation in his right eye. He suffered blunt trauma to the head and the eye region when falling 3 months later. When seen by us, the anterior chamber was maintained and the prior surgical wound was closed. Vitreous surgery was performed for hyphema and vitreous hemorrhage. The lens capsule and the intraocular lens was intact but the iris was totally absent. It appeared that iris had prolapsed through the cataract wound followed by spontaneous closure of the wound.
