　軟性ドルーゼン23眼のインドシアニングリーン螢光眼底造影（indocyanine green angiography：IA）所見を4型に分類した。1型：IA所見は早期に造影されず，後期に過螢光を示す。2型：早期から後期まで低螢光も過螢光も示さない。3型：期に低螢光，後期に過螢光を示す。4型：早期から後期まで低螢光を示す。4型のドルーゼンを有する2眼からは経過観察中に脈絡膜新生血管が発生し，4型のドルーゼンを有する眼では注意深い観察が必要であると思われた。

We classified 23 eyes of soft drusen into four types based on indocyanine green angiographic findings. Type 1 drusen appeared nonfluorescent initially and started to show hyperfluorescence towards the late angiographic phase. Type 2 drusen remained silent throughout the phases. Type 3 drusen showed hypofluorescence during the early phase and hyperfluorescence in the late phase. Type 4 drusen remained hypofluorescent throughout the angiographic phases. Choroidal neovascularization developed in 2 eyes of type 4 drusen during the follow-up period. Careful observation is advocated for eyes with type 4 drusen.
