術前の屈折，眼軸長と黄斑円孔閉鎖術後の矯正視力

Preoperative refraction, axial length and corrected visual acuity after macular hole surgery

　初回硝子体手術で円孔の閉鎖をみた特発性全層黄斑円孔54例58眼について，術前の屈折および眼軸長と術後視力を検討した。眼軸長は20.94〜26.63（23.06±1.1） mm （平均±標準偏差，以下同様），術前屈折は−9.5〜＋3.0（−0.78±2.2） Dであった。術前の屈折と術後最高視力，眼軸長と術後最高視力にはそれぞれ明らかな相関はなかった。

We evaluated 58 eyes of idiopathic full-thickness macular hole treated successfully by vitreous surgery. The preoperative axial length ranged from 20.94 to 26.63 mm, average 23.06±1.1 mm, and preoper-ative refraction from -9.5 to +3.0D, average -0.78±2.2D. The postoperative corrected visual acuity was not correlated with preoperative refraction or axial length.
