Abstract 文献概要

　Color Doppler imaging （CDI）で，眼動脈，網膜中心動脈，後毛様動脈などの血流速度を計測する際，高血圧，動脈硬化，糖尿病などに伴う網膜血管閉塞性疾患を有する患者では，正常者以上にimagingおよび血流速度計測が難しくなる。今回筆者らは，echo contrast agentとしてAlbunex^®およびIntralipos^®を用いたところ，造影剤を用いない通常のCDIでは計測不能であったものが可能となった。Albunex^®は平均粒子径約4μmの空気小球体，Intralipos^®は平均粒子径約0.3μmの脂肪粒子を含んでおり，超音波を強く反射することにより血管造影や血流速度計測を容易にするものである。今回，12例の網膜血管閉塞性疾患患者に使用し，有用と考えられた。

Color Doppler imaging is of limited value in imaging and velocity measurements of intraorbital arteries when retinal vasoocclusive lesions are present, including hypertensive, arteriosclerotic and diabetic retinopathies. We refined the technique of color Doppler imaging with additional use of echo contrast agents, Albunex^TM and Intralipos^TM. The former contains air bubbles of 4μm in diameter and the latter lipid particles of 0.3μm. This feature would enhance the intensity of echo images from the vessels, resulting in a better signal-to-noise ratio. This method allowed satisfactory imaging and velocity measurements in 13 eyes with retinal vasoocclusive disorders in which simple color Dopper imaging was not feasible.
