　水晶体嚢真性落屑に緑内障の合併した1例を経験した。症例は79歳男性で，水晶体前嚢と連続性を有した薄く透明で均質な膜を両眼の前房中に認めた。緑内障の合併があったが，pseudoexfoliativematerialは認められず隅角も著変なく，他に緑内障の原因となる基礎疾患はなかった。水晶体嚢真性落屑の原因として，職歴から長期にわたる熱照射が考えられたが，緑内障との相互関係は明らかではなかった。

A 79-year-old male presented with a thin, homogeneous, clear membrane adherent to the anterior lens capsule in both eyes. Gonioscopy showed no pseudoexfoliation material nor other significant findings. The left eye showed typical features of advanced open angle glaucoma. The patient had been engaged in baking cakes using high-temperature open oven for 26 years up to the age of 55 years. It appeared that the exfoliation was associated with his occupational activity with extended exposure to intense heat. The cause of glaucoma could not be ascertained.
