Abstract 文献概要

　走査型レーザー検眼鏡（SLO）を用いて，通常よりも少ない量の螢光剤を用いて螢光眼底造影を行った。その結果，正常者および眼底疾患をもつ患者のいずれの場合も通常の1／5である2mg／kgの螢光色素量で臨床上有用な所見が得られた。これによる検査時の光量は，従来の螢光眼底造影の1／100以下であり，嘔吐などの副作用は一切なかった。以上より，この方法は，被検眼に対する曝露光量が少なく，副作用の少ない安全な検査法であると結論される。

We performed fluorescein fundus angiography with a scannning laser ophthalmoscope using lesser amount of fluorescein than the customary 5ml of 10% solution. In 9 healthy young volunteers and 14 patients with eye diseases, clinically useful angiograms were obtained using 5ml of 2% solution. The intensity of exciting light was set at 1% of fluorescein angiography with conventional fundus camera. There was no side effect attributable to intravenous injection of fluorescein at the above reduced dosis. The present method has the advantage because of far lesser light exposure of the fundus in addition to theoretically reduced side effects of intravenous fluorescein.
