　保存的治療で軽快しない毛様体解離を伴った低眼圧黄斑症に対し毛様体縫着術を施行し，良好な経過を得た4症例を経験した。うち1例は外傷性白内障を併発しており，同時に水晶体超音波乳化吸引術および眼内レンズ挿入術を施行した。

　毛様体縫着術は，低眼圧黄斑症の根本原因となる解離した毛様体を確実に復位することができる有効な治療法であると考えられた。

We treated 4 eyes of hypotony maculopathyfollowing traumatic cyclodialysis. The detachedciliary body was sutured to the sclera under micro-scopic observation. Double-layered scleral flapswere made along the limbus corresponding to thedetached area. The ciliary body was then directlysutured to the inner scleral flap. Diathermicelectrocoagulation was applied to all the cases.Scleral buckling was performed in one. One eyewas simultaneously treated for traumatic cataractduring the same session. In all the eyes, theintraocular pressure rose to the normal level within2 weeks after surgery, followed by disappearanceof hypotony maculopathy. The visual acuity im-proved to 20/25 or better in all but one eye withtraumatic cataract.
