　裂孔原性硝子体出血により突然の視力低下を主訴に受診した42歳女性の両眼に多発性の周辺部網膜血管腫および傍乳頭血管腫を発見した。網膜周辺部血管腫に対して数回に分けてアルゴンレーザー光凝固を施行し，約1年半の経過観察中良好な視力を保っている。家族発生はなく，頭部・腹部CTでも異常なく，中枢神経症状もない。比較的高年齢になってから他疾患の合併により発見された血管腫の1症例である。傍乳頭の血管腫についてはレーザー凝固せずに経過観察中である。左眼は硝子体出血時矯正視力0.01まで視力が低下したが，出血の吸収とともに矯正視力1.2まで回復し，血管腫よりの出血，浮腫，および牽引性網膜剥離は今のところない。

A 42-year-old female presented with vitreous hemorrhage in her left eye secondary to retina tear. We detected multiple retinal angiomatosis and jux-tapapillary capillary hemangioma in both eyes. Vessels feeding the angiomas did not show engorge-ment or tortuosity. Computed tomography of the whole body and the brain showed no pathological lesions. She was also free of neurological symp-toms. The family history was negative. The an-giomas in the peripheral retina were treated by argon laser photocoagulation. The patient has maintained good vision during the follow up for one year. The present case differed from typical von Hippel's disease regarding the above funduscopic features, late onset and mild course.
