Abstract 文献概要

　片眼のイールズ病と考えられた10歳女児の1例について報告した。検眼鏡的には視神経乳頭鼻側の火焔状出血，眼底全体に網膜静脈の蛇行，拡張，白線化，白鞘化および静脈間吻合があり，黄斑部には出血，浮腫および硬性白斑を認めた。螢光眼底造影では白線化した血管からの強い螢光の漏出とその支配領域の血管床閉塞だけでなく，乳頭鼻側網膜にはコーツ病様の強い微小血管の拡張を認めた。眼底には新生血管はみられなかった。ステロイドの内服により黄斑部浮腫は軽快し，視力は回復した。

A 10-year-old girl presented with blurring ofvision in her left eye of a months' duration. The leftvisual acuity was 0.6. We observed flame-shapedhemorrhage, dilated and turtuous veins, vascularsheathing and macular edema in her left fundus.The anterior vitreous was clear. Fluorescein angio-graphy showed nonperfusion in the peripheral ret-ina and dye leakage from sheathed vessels. Therewas no neovascularjzation. Improvement inmacular edema and visual acuity set in 6 monthsafter oral corticosteroid treatment.
