要約　目的：市販のカメラを利用して鼻内視鏡検査を行えるかを検討した。

対象と方法：鼻内視鏡からの出力部分に市販のカメラを使用して鼻内視鏡検査を行った。使用したカメラは，ビデオカメラ，Wi-Fi接続カメラ，ミラーレスカメラである。

結果：いずれのカメラも使用は可能であった。Wi-Fi接続カメラではモニターを動かすことができるので，観察できるところにモニターを置くことが可能であったが，画像表示までタイムラグが生じた。ミラーレスカメラは手元にモニターがあるので，観察と鼻内作業が可能であった。

結論：ミラーレスカメラは安価かつカメラモニターが手元にあり，従来の鼻内視鏡とほぼ変わりない操作が行えた。光源コード1本のみの接続なので取り扱いしやすかった。

Abstract　Purpose：To report nasal endoscopy using conventional digital cameras.

Method：Nasal endoscopy was performed using one of the commercially available cameras as the output of rigid nasal endoscope. We used video camera, Wi-Fi connected camera, and mirrorless-lens camera.

Results：All the cameras could be used for observation and recording. When using a Wi-Fi camera, the monitor could be placed anywhere, but there was a time lag before the image was displayed. Simultaneous observation and intranasal manipulation were possible while using a mirrorless camera.

Conclusion：Mirrorless camera is inexpensive and has a built-in observation system, and allows manipulation same as the conventional nasal endoscope. Operation was also easy to perform as it uses only one light source.
