要約　目的：遠視性不同視弱視（以下，不同視弱視）がある3症例で，それぞれ6歳，13歳時に中心窩形状を測定比較した結果の報告。

症例：症例1は5歳男児で，左眼に不同視弱視があり，調節麻痺薬による屈折は右（1.2×＋2.00D），左（0.4×＋5.25D）であった。眼鏡装用のみで左眼視力は（1.2）を獲得した。症例2は6歳男児で，右眼に不同視弱視があった。調節麻痺薬による屈折は右（0.15×＋7.25D），左（1.2×＋1.25D）で，眼鏡装用と健眼遮閉による弱視訓練で弱視眼視力は（1.2）になった。症例3は5歳女児で，左眼に不同視弱視があった。調節麻痺薬による屈折は右（1.2×＋2.25D），左（0.15×＋7.50D（）cyl＋1.00D 100°）で，眼鏡装用と健眼遮閉による弱視訓練で弱視眼視力は（1.2）になった。

結論：3症例すべてで両眼の眼軸長が延長し，遠視度数は減少した。中心窩網膜厚は3症例すべてで，健眼，弱視眼で厚くなった。一方，中心窩陥凹度は，3症例すべてで健眼では浅く，弱視眼では深くなった。不同視弱視3症例の中心窩形状は，健眼と弱視眼ともに7年間で変化を認めた。

Abstract　Purpose：In the present report, we describe on some views by comparing 6 years with 13 years of age of 3 hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia cases for retinal thickness.

Case 1：5-year-old boy with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia in left eye.Visual acuity after cyclopentolate was RV＝（1.2×＋2.00D） and LV＝（0.4×＋5.25D）. The amblyopic eyes visual acuity got （1.2） only by wearing glasses.

Case 2：6-year-old boy with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia in right eye. Visual acuity after cyclopentolate was RV＝（0.15×＋7.25D） and LV＝（1.2×＋1.25D）. The amblyopic eyes visual acuity got （1.2） by wearing glasses and amblyopia therapy.

Case 3：5-year-old girl with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia in left eye. Visual acuity after cyclopentolate was RV＝（1.2×＋2.25D） and LV＝（0.15×＋7.50D（）cyl＋1.00D 100°）. The amblyopic eyes visual acuity got （1.2） by wearing glasses and amblyopia therapy.

Conclusion：Comparing the observation data of refraction error, axial length and optical coherence tomography, we obtained the following results. Although the axial length extended and the hypermetropia frequency decreased in both right and left eyes of 3 cases, foveael retinal thickness became thick in the normal and the amblyopic eyes. On the other hand, foveal depression was shallow in the normal and deep in the amblyopic eyes. At the same time, certain morphological change is recognized with passage of time from 6 years to 13 years of age in each normal and amblyopic eyes in all 3 cases.
