Abstract 文献概要

　初診時に左眼黄斑円孔を認め，2週間後には右眼も穿孔し，両眼性黄斑分層孔となった5歳女児の1症例を報告した。本症例には遠視がみられた以外には外傷の既往や全身疾患はなく，炎症所見や硝子体牽引も認められず，穿孔機序は不明であった。調べえた限りにおいて，両眼性黄斑円孔の症例としては最年少の極めて稀な症例と思われた。

A 5-year-old girl sought medical advice with bilateral poor vision as chief complaint. She was hyperopic at +5 and +4 diopters for the right and left eye respectively. A macular hole was present in the left eye at the first visit. A similar macular hole became manifest in the right eye 2 weeks later. Corrected visual acuity was 0.4 RE and 0.3 LE initially and was 0.6 and 0.5 15 months later. Spectacles for hyperopia were continuously worn in the meantime.

Based upon findings about visual acuity, stereo-scopic fundus findings and ERG, we diagnosed the holes to be lamellar ones. Fluorescein angiography could not be performed.
