　我々の開発した弱視訓練用視表の遠視性不同視に対する有用性を検討した。両眼とも遠視で，左右屈折差2.0D以上，健眼視力1.0以上，眼位ずれがなく，弱視眼の固視良好な34例を対象とした。

　弱視訓練用視表を併用した群の視力上昇は，片眼遮閉や健眼アトロピン点眼併用例に比べてその率，量ともに有意に大であった。初診時の各群間の平均屈折差と平均視力差に有意差はなかった。初診年齢は視力上昇への影響因子とはならなかった。上昇不良の原因として，不同視差が5D以上ある場合が考えられることと，左右差として左眼が弱視の場合，予後良好な結果を得る可能性が示唆された。

We evaluated the clinical usefulness of NewChart for Training Dysopia, developed by us in1986,in 34 cases of anisohypermetropic amblyopia.All the cases satisfied the criteria for inclusion inthe study:presence of hypermetropia in both eyesunder cycloplegics, anisometropia by 2 diopters ormore, full visual acuity in one eye and amblyopiawith good fixation in the fellow eye and absence ofocular deviation. We treated 11 cases (group A) bymonocular occlusion, 5 cases (group B) by monocu-lar occlusion with near penalization, and 18 cases(group C) by exercise with the new chart for train-ing dysopia. After a series of treatment, patients ingroup C showed significantly greater improvementin visual acuity in the amblyopic eye than those ingroup A or B.
