要約　目的：わが国における近年の小児ぶどう膜炎の臨床的特徴について検討する。

対象と方法：地域医療機能推進機構大阪病院で，2010年7月〜2017年3月にぶどう膜炎と診断された初診時16歳未満の56症例92眼を対象とした。性別，初診時年齢，初診時視力，受診動機，診断，治療，合併症などについて検討した。

結果：女児が40例と多く，初診時年齢は6歳以上が53例であった。初診時矯正視力は1.0以上が53眼と約半数であり，最も多い受診動機は充血で28例であった。前部ぶどう膜炎が34例と多く両眼性が36例であった。確定診断が可能であった症例は18例で，chronic iridocyclitis in young girls 5例，ベーチェット病3例，tubulointerstitial nephritis and uveitis syndrome・ヘルペス性ぶどう膜炎・強膜炎・若年性特発性関節炎に伴うぶどう膜炎がそれぞれ2例，急性前部ぶどう膜炎・multifocal choroiditisがそれぞれ1例であった。34例で全身治療が施行され，続発緑内障，虹彩後癒着，白内障などの合併症が62眼にみられた。

結論：当院に受診した小児ぶどう膜炎症例は女児，6歳以上，視力良好例，充血の主訴が多かった。前部ぶどう膜炎，両眼性，全身治療施行例が多い，ということであった。

Abstract　Purpose：To report the recent trend in clinical features of uveitis in children.

Cases and Method：This study was made on 92 eyes of 56 cases who were diagnosed with uveitis by us during 7 years through 2017. All were aged 16 years or under. There were 53 cases over 6 years of age. There were 16 boys and 40 girls. They were evaluated regarding visual acuity, motives for seeking consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and complications.

Results：Initial visual acuity was 1.0 or over in 53 eyes. Conjunctival hyperemia motivated medical consultation in 28 cases. Uveitis was bilateral in 36 cases. There were 34 cases with anterior uveitis. Specific diagnosis was made in 18 cases, including chronic iridocyclitis in young girls 5 cases, Behcet disease 3 cases, tubulointerstitial nephritis with uveitis syndrome 2 cases, herpetic uveitis 2 cases, and uveitis associated with juvenile idiopathic arthritis 2 cases among others. Systemic treatment was performed in 34 cases.

Conclusion：Uveitis in children seen by us showed, as common features, preponderance of girls aged 6 years or over with good visual acuity. There were more anterior uveitis, bilateral involvement, and need of systemic treatment.
