要約　目的：過去5年間に横浜市立大学附属病院で眼腫瘍に対し手術加療を行い，病理組織診断がついた症例を報告する。

対象と方法：2012年4月〜2017年3月の5年間に当院にて眼腫瘍と病理組織診断した143例150眼に対し，腫瘍発生部位，腫瘍別の件数，治療予後についてレトロスペクティブに検討した。

結果：平均年齢は61.1±19.9歳で，全腫瘍のうち良性腫瘍は102眼（68％），悪性腫瘍は48眼（32％）であった。発生部位は結膜57眼，眼瞼56眼，眼窩内32眼，眼内5眼の順に多かった。病理組織別頻度では良性腫瘍では母斑が最も多く，次いで乳頭腫，脂漏性角化症の順に多かった。悪性腫瘍では悪性リンパ腫が最も多く，次いで脂腺癌，扁平上皮癌の順に多かった。悪性腫瘍切除後に放射線療法を併用した症例は12眼（8.0％），化学療法を併用した症例は2眼（1.3％）であった。悪性腫瘍切除後に再発したのは9眼（6.0％）であり，脂腺癌が4眼（2.6％）と多かった。転移したのは3眼（2.0％）であり，そのうち脂腺癌1眼（0.7％）であった。

結論：脂腺癌は切除治療後の再発転移に十分注意して経過観察し，切除後の定期的な全身検索も必要である。

Abstract　Purpose：To present a five-year review of ocular and adnexal tumor treated at the Yokohama University Hospital.

Cases and Method：This retrospective study was made on 150 eyes of 143 cases who received surgery by us. The series was evaluated regarding malignancy, site of the tumor, pathological classification, and therapeutic outcome.

Results：The age of patient averaged 61.1±19.9 years. The tumor was benign in 102 cases（68％）and malignant in 48 cases（32％）. The tumor was located on the ocular surface in 57 cases, the eyelid in 56 cases, the orbit in 32 cases, and in the eyeglobe in 5 cases. The most frequent malignant tumor was malignant lymphoma, followed by sebaceous cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma in the descending order. Nevus was the most frequent benign tumor, followed by papilloma and seborrheic keratosis in the descending order. Radiation was performed in 12 cases（8％）of malignant tumor. Chemotherapy was performed in 2 cases（1.3％）of malignant tumor after surgical removal. Nine cases（6.0％）showed recurrence of tumor after surgical removal, including 4 cases（2.6％）of sebaceous cell carcinoma. Three cases（2.0％）of malignant tumor showed metastasis, including one case of sebaceous cell carcinoma（0.7％）.

Conclusion：Among malignant tumor of the eye and ocular and ocular adnexa, sebaceous cell carcinoma showed a high rate of recurrence or metastasis after surgical removal.
