要約　目的：従来の眼内レンズ（IOL）縫着術は，侵襲が大きい。そこで，無水晶体眼の毛様溝に無縫合で固定できる3つのハプティクスを有するIOL（3-Haptics IOL）を考案し，その安定性を検証する。対象および方法：3-Haptics IOLを開発し，水晶体を除去した豚眼に3つのハプティクスを毛様溝に無縫合で固定する手技を紹介する。さらに，フックで光学部を押した場合，強膜を強く圧迫した場合，豚眼を高さ30cmから落とした場合のIOLの固定状態を観察する。結果：光学部を押しても，強膜を圧迫しても，IOLは安定していた。豚眼を高さ30cmから落としても，3つのハプティクスは外れず，IOLの固定状態は良好であった。結論：3-Haptics IOLは侵襲も少なく，無水晶体眼の豚眼の毛様溝に無縫合で固定が可能であった。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a newly devised intraocular lens（IOL）that has three haptics and that can be fixated in the ciliary sulcus without suture. Objects and Method：A surgical method is described to fixate the IOL with 3-haptics in the ciliary sulcus of aphakic porcine eye. The stability of thus fixated IOL was evaluated under three conditions：by pressing the optics of IOL by a hook, by deforming the sclera by compression, and by dropping the porcine eye from a height of 30 cm. Results：The IOL remained stable when its optics was pressed or when the sclera was deformed by compression. Each of 3 haptics remained well-fixated when the porcine eye was dropped from a height of 30 cm. Conclusion：The newly devised IOL with 3 haptics was minimally invasive and could be fixated in the ciliary sulcus of aphakic pocine eye.
