I．緒言

　皮膚疾患と眼疾患，特に角結膜疾患は，その解剖学的な近似性からも，非常に密接な関係をもつており，近時Muco-cutaneo-ocular Syndromeをはじめとし，多くの症例が報告されている。

　最近著者も極めて高度の眼瞼・瞼球結膜癒着を両眼に来たしたが，幸いにして，眼球そのものは健全に保存され，瞼球癒着剥離手術即開眼手術という興味ある症例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

A case is reported over a 34-year-old fema-le in whom sufficient vision could be recover-ed through surgery for ankyloblepharon in both eyes.

The patient had had full vision until recent-ly, when she underwent tooth; extraction. Two days later she developed high fever, generalized exanthema, vesicle formation in the oral mucosa and acute pseudomembranous conjunctivitis. While the cutaneous condition healed without residual disturbances, the ocu-lar condition developed into extensive ankylo-blepharon with diminished vision to perception of hand movement at 50cm in each eye three months after the incident.
