高度の瞼球癒着をきたした先天性表皮水庖症の1例

A case of epidermolysis bullosa with marked symblepharon

　高度の瞼球癒着をきたした劣性栄養障害型先天性表皮水疱症の1例を経験した。症例は25歳の女性で，両眼の瞼球癒着を主訴に当科を受診した。初診時，両眼外側の下眼瞼縁に軽度の瞼球癒着を認めたが，視力は両眼とも矯正1.0と良好であった。その後，左眼下眼瞼縁と角膜の間の癒着が進行し瞳孔領まで達した。視力も0.6に低下し，眼球運動制限も増強したため，手術により癒着を剥離した。術後，角膜に軽度の瘢痕を残したが，再発はなく，経過良好である。

A 25-year-old female presented with bilateral symblepharon of one year's duration. She had been diagnosed as recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa soon after birth. The left eye showed restricted motility and reduced vision due to adhesion between the lower lid margin and the central cornea. Surgical removal of symblepharon in the left eye resulted in full ocular motility and improved vision from 0.6 to 1.2. There has been no sign of recurrence of symblepharon during the follow-up of 10 months.
