弱視における眼屈折状態に関する研究—第2報不同視を除く弱視について（その1）斜乱視を有するもの

State of Refraction in Amblyopia.: Report II (Part I). Amblyopia Accompanied by Oblique Astigmatism

I．緒言

　前回第1報に不同視弱視について統計学的考察を行なつたが，今回不同視を除く弱視患者のうち，弱視眼に斜乱視を持つ症例69名の特に屈折状態について考察を行なつた。

A clinical appraisal was made on 69 cases with amblyopia in the squinting eye accompanied by oblique astigmatism. There was a striking preponderance of females over males at 75.3% vs. 24.6%. Forty-four cases (63.8%) proved to be hyperopic bilaterally, while bilateral myopia was found only in 15 cases (21.7%). The possible significance of the observed findings will be discussed in the subsequent paper.
