Superior oblique myokymia is characterized byrapid, low-amplitude and rotatory oscillation lim-ited to one eye. We diagnosed 3 patients as thiscondition. All were male adults presenting withasthenopia as chief complaint. Electrooculogram(EOG) recorded square wave jerks in one case butfailed to show superior oblique myokymia.Wecould established the diagnosis of superior obliquemyokymia through eye movement analysis usingthe fundus haploscope which consists of a pair ofinfrared television fundus camera. Slitlamp exami-nation was also of value in the tentative diagnosisof this condition.
