弱視における眼屈折状態に関する研究—第3報不同視を除く弱視について（その2）斜乱視を有せざるもの

State of Refraction in Amblyopia.: Report III (Part II). Amblyopia not Accompanied by Anisometropia

I．緒言

　前回第1報不同視弱視，第2報に弱視眼に斜乱視を持つ斜視弱視の統計学的考察を行なつたが，今回は，弱視眼に斜乱視をもたない斜視弱視患者90名について，特に屈折状態を中心として統計学的考察を行なつた。これらの患者は現在斜視弱視の訓練を行なつている全患者296名の34％に当る。また斜視弱視患者185名の48.6％に当る。

Ninety cases with amblyopia in the squinting eye not due to anisometropia or astigmatism have been analysed. The present paper supple-ments the previous ones in which amblyopia with anisometropia or astigmatism have been treated.

There was a significant frequency of hyperopia accounting for 75% of the cases. The pattern of distribution of the refractive state was es-sentially identical for exotropia and esotropia or for the fixating, nonamblyopic eye and the de-viating amblyopic one.
