　第1報と同じように先天色覚異常者411名に対して標準色覚検査表第1部（SPP—1）を用いて検査を行った。スクリーニング表全10表それぞれについての正読者数を検討した。また以前に行った小・中学生に対するスクリーニング・テストの結果と比較した。

　正常者の正読率が高く，異常者の正読率の低い，優れていると考えられる表は，第5表と第14表であった。正常者の正読率が低く，使いにくい印象を与えた第9表，第11表は，異常者の正読率も低く，スクリーニング表としては欠かせないと判断できる。

　正常者の正読率の高いものは90％以上，低いものでも80〜90％であり，色覚異常者の正読率は高いもので20％，低いものは5％以下であった。

　仮性同色表の使用色のちがいや，文字のちがいと正読率の高低との関係は十分に解明することができず，今なお不明な要素が多くある。

In order to evaluate the Standard Pseudoiso-chromatic Plates Part 1 (SPP-1), we examined 411 color-defective subjects in the same way as in the previous report. We evaluated the rate of correct reading for each of 10 plates (Plates No. 5 to No. 14).The findings were compared with those by 1, 717 normal subjects as reported already.

Plates No. 5 and No. 14 showed a high discrim-inating capacity between normals an color de-fectives : the rate of correct reading was over 90% in normals and about 5% in color defectives.Plates No. 9 and No. 11 showed low rate of correct reading for normals (80-90%) and color defectives (under 5%).
