新しい色覚検査表の試作

New pseudoisochromatic plates for congenital color vision derects

緒　言

　先天色覚異常の検査の第一段階は色覚検査表である。検診などの際それだけである種の診断がなされてしまう場合も非常に多い。その是非はさておいて，色覚検査表だけでも大過ない判定のできる表が望まれる。1973年改正された学校保健法に「色覚は色覚異常検査表を用いて検査し，色覚異常の有無及び程度を明らかにする」とあるため学校関係者からもこの目的に合う色覚検査表の要望が強い。

　今まで各種の色覚検査表の成績の報告は枚挙に暇がない。これらの報告を総括すると，検出表としては石原表の数字表（国際版）が定評があり，これをpassする異常者はあるけれども例外的なもので，正しく使えば異常者をほとんど全部検出できると思われる，しかし学校など検診の場で国際版石原表が使われていることは少なく，一般に学校用石原表が使われている。学校用石原表は国際版に比べて検出能力が劣る。著者の1人は学校用でpassしたもの82名を国際版とアノマロスコープで再検査し，その中から19名の異常者を発見している^1）。東京医大表，AO-HRR表も検出能力は石原表国際版に及ばない。

　We designed new pseudoisochromatic plates in order to facilitate the detection of color vision defects and the determination of type of the defects.

　Our set censists of 6 plates. Four of the 6 platesare intended for screening-detection and the other two are for classification. For each group there are two kinds of plates composed of different sets of colors which would cover possible individual variations of the defective color vision. Numeral characters, as are currently used in digital instruments, are used as figures of the plates.
