Abstract 文献概要

　1976年から1981年にかけての網膜剥離の自験手術例の術式，合併症につき，前，中，後期に分け調査した。前期に半数を越えたDEK凝固が，後期にはCryoにとって代られていた。強膜短縮術の割合が後期ほど減り，プロンベ縫着の割合が大きくなった。術中，術後の眼内出血が累計で14.3％あり，術後高眼圧を呈した症例は後期ほど少なかった。術後ステロイドホルモン投与を要した症例が，各期ほぼ10％あり，PVRの発生率は，7.0％であった．私の剥離手術の手技につき，スペースの許す範囲で述べた。

I operated on 236 eyes of 222 cases of retinal detachment during a period from 1967 to 1981 by the conventional approach. Complete data were obtained on 223 eyes of 209 cases. Cauterization by diathermy was employed in 53.4% of 88 operations in the first period, 1976-1977, but only 28.7% in the third period, 1980-1981, while cryopretinopexy increased from 39.8% in the first period to 63.2% in the third period. Scleral buckling by scleral short-enig was employed in 6.8% in the first period and in 2.3% in the third period.
