Posner-Schlossman症候群患者15名の角膜の厚さと角膜内皮細胞の形態計測を行い次の結果を得た。
（1）患眼と健眼の細胞面積には有意差（Pく0.001）を認め，発作回数と相関して細胞面積は増大した。
（2）患眼と健眼の細胞周長も面積と同様右意差（P＜0.001）を認めた。
（3）角膜の厚さ，形状係数では患眼と健眼および正常眼の間に有意差は認めなかった。
We conducted measurements of the corneal thickness and morphometry of the corneal endo-thelium in 15 patients with Posner-Schlossman syndrome and in 10 control subjects with the use of Haag-Streit pacometer and lnami specular mi-croscope.
The corneal thickness of the affected eyes aver-aged 0.495±0.014 mm and that of the fellow eyes 0.495±0.01 mm. There was no significant differ-ence in the corneal thickness between the syndrome and the control.
The area of the corneal endothelium averaged 375±100.4μm2 in the affected eyes and 273.0+ 38.3 μm2 in the fellow eyes.
