ぶどう膜炎における角膜内皮細胞

Corneal endothelial cells in uveitis

　寛解期におけるぶどう膜炎患者（ベーチェット病10例，原田病8例，サルコイドージス5例）のspecular microscopeによる角膜内皮細胞の撮影と角膜の厚さの測定を行い，ぶどう膜炎患者の内皮細胞面積と臨床所見について検討し，次の結果を得た。

（1）ぶどう膜炎全体の角膜内皮細胞面積，角膜の厚さは正常群との間に有意差がなかった。

（2）ベーチェット病，原田病，サルコイドージスの三者において，角膜内皮細胞面積，角膜の厚さに有意差は認められなかった。

（3）サルコイドージスでは角膜内皮細胞面積に，前房内炎症の経過に一致して左右差を認める症例が存在した。

（4）角膜内皮細胞面積と年齢，罹患期間，視力，発作回数，眼圧との相関について検討し，ベーチェット病では視力，原田病では年齢との相関が認められた。

（5）前眼部ぶどう膜炎における虹彩毛様体炎は角膜内皮細胞に対し，形態的，機能的な影響をほとんど及ぼしていない事が判明した。

We evaluated the corneal thickness and specular microscopic findings of the corneal endothelium in 46 eyes (23 cases), of uveitis during the period of remission. The cases consisted of 10 cases with Behcet disease, 8 with Harada disease and 5 with sarcoido-sis.

The present series of uveitis cases did not signifi-cantly differ from normal controls regarding the corneal thickness and the area of corneal endo-thelial cells. Also, there was no difference in these parameters among Behçet, Harada and sarcoidosisdiseases.
