Posner-Schlossman症候群における眼底および視野障害について

Fundus and visual field affections in Posner-Schlossman syndrome

　我々は多数の緑内障眼の極初期所見分析の結果から，眼圧上昇がおこると何らかの視神経障害がおこるのではないかと予想している．そこでPosncr-Schlossman症候群45例の網膜神経線維層（RNFL）の欠損，視神経乳頭のcuppingおよびpallor,Goldmann視野，Friedmann Visual Field Analyzer Mark II （FVFA）について検討した．

　RNFLの欠損は症例の66.7％に，cuppingの拡大は26.7％に認められた．Goldmann視野では22.9％に，FVFAでは23.1％に視野変化がみられた．以上のことから眼圧が上昇すれば何らかの視神経障害が生ずることを示竣する結果が得られた．

A series of 45 eye with Posner-Schlossman syn-drome were examined as to fundus and visual field changes. Defects in the retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) were detected in 30 eyes (07%) through evaluation of the fundus on color photographs in 8×magnification. These defects advanced in degree along with the duration of the disease since itsonset. Changes in cupping and pallor of the optic disc were found in 27% when evaluated on stereo-photographs. The cupping of the disc was signi-ficantly increased in the affected eyes, while the pallor of the disc showed no difference between the affected and the fellow eyes. Pathological visual field was detected in 23% of the cases by Goldmann perimeter and in 23% with Friedmann visual field analyzer.
