両側性Posner-Schlossman症候群の3例

Three Cases of Bilateral Posner-Schlossman Syndrome

I．はじめに

　Posner-Schlossman症候群はGlaucomatoc—yclitic crisisとも呼ばれる。その経過中にプレチピタートの出現する再発性の急性緑内障である。厳密には原発性とも続発性ともつかない特殊な緑内障で，最初Kraupa （1935）がGlaucomaallergicumと命名したが，1948年Posner-Schlo—ssman両氏が詳述して以来Posner-Schlossman症候群と呼ぶものが多い。

　その記載によれば，本症候群は常に片側性で，同一眼に反復して発作が起こることが鑑別診断上重要な根拠の一つとされている。

Bilateral occurrence of Posner-Schlossman syndrome in 3 cases is reported. All happened to be males, of 34, 35 and 43 years of age res-pectively. The syndrome has been held to be unilateral since the description of Posner and Schlossman. Only 5 cases are known in litera-ture in which the condition occurred bilaterally.

The 3 bilateral cases of the present authors amount to 50% of total Posner-Schlossman syn-drome cases observed during the past two years.
