Abstract 文献概要

　1979年7月より1981年6月までの最近2年間に広範な眼瞼部悪性腫瘍と診断し治療を行った8症例につき検討し報告した。

　腫瘍が上もしくは下眼瞼全体に広がっていたものが6例，上下両眼瞼にわたっていたものが1例，上眼瞼から眼球壁に及んでいたものが1例であった。病理組織所見では扁平上皮癌4例，基底細胞癌2例，脂腺癌2例であった。治療は手術療法を原則として，眼瞼形成術を併用した腫瘍摘出術を6例に施行し，腫瘍摘出術に眼球摘出術を併用したものが1例であった。術後に後療法として放射線療法を3例に施行した。

We treated 8 cases with carcinoma involving the total eyelid during the past two-year period (1979-1980). The patients, 6 males and 2 females, were aged between 42 and 84 years. In 6 cases, the distribution of the tumor was restricted within the upper or the lower eyelid. It involved the upper and lower eyelids in one case and extended from the upper eyelid to the eyeglobe in another. The histopathological diagnosis was squamous cell car-cinoma in 4 cases, basal cell carcinoma in 2 and sebaceous adenocarcinoma in 2.

Resection of the tumor with eyelid reconstruc-tion was performed in 6 cases.
