Abstract 文献概要

　（1）各種視神経疾患の経過を眼底視野にて測定した。

　（2）眼底視野で測定された中心部視野は，従来の視野計で測られたものにくらべて非常に複雑な形状を示し，再現性は高かった。

　（3）正確に中心窩を刺激し感度を測定することができた。

　（4）中心寓の視覚感度と視力とは有意に相関していた。

　（5）中心窩の感度が周辺より高い場合に，よい視力が得られた。

　（6）回復期に眼底の耳側上下血管に沿って乳頭側に感度の高い部位が出現した。

There exists an inherent source of inaccuracy in evaluating the central or peripheral visual field by conventional perimeter because of poor fixation at the target due to central scotoma or poor vision. The fundus-controlled perimetry is useful for such cases as the isopters are determined on the retinal image observed by infrared television fundus camera. We applied this method to 7 cases with optic neuropathy including Leber's disease, infan-tile optic atrophy and acute optic neuritis caused by multiple sclerosis during various stages of the disease.
