日本人の螢光虹彩血管造影について—Ⅱ．家兎および日本人の虹彩色素と虹彩血管造影の関係

Fluorescein angiography of the iris in Japanese subjects: Report Ⅱ. Influence of iris pigment on the visibility of iris vessels in rabbits and Japanese subjects

　健康な家兎において，螢光虹彩血管造影を行い，虹彩の色調と造影の程度を比較した。続いて組織学的に検討し，次のような結論を得た。

　（1）白色家兎では鮮明な虹彩血管の螢光像を得ることができた。虹彩組織はどの部分にも虹彩色素を認めなかつた。

　（2）灰白色の虹彩では鮮明な螢光像を得たが，組織標本では，前境界層には虹彩色素を認めず，虹彩色素上皮には多量の虹彩色素を認めた。

　（3）茶色の縞状の虹彩では，茶色の濃淡に相当して螢光像も縞状に鮮明な部分と不鮮明な部分が見られ，組織は，前境界層，基質，色素上皮層に多量の虹彩色素が見られた。

　（4）褐色の虹彩では虹彩血管の螢光像は認められず，点線状に漏出するのが観察された。組織は前境界層，基質，色素上皮層に虹彩色素が多量に認められた。

　（5）どの色調の虹彩も，組織学的な基本構造には差がなく，虹彩色素の存在する部位と量にちがいがあるのであり，これにより，螢光虹彩血管造影法による虹彩血管の造影の程度が決定されることがわかつた。

I have reported that the iris vessels, when observed by fluorescein angiography, were invisi-ble in the majority of Japanese, because of the high pigment content in the iris.

I studied fluorescein angiography of the iris in healthy rabbits. White and colored rabbits were used. A photo-slit lamp microscope (Carl-Zeiss Jena, Germany) and reversal color film (Fuji) with an ASA value 100 were used. 2.5ml of 10% fluorescein-Na solution was intravenously admi-nistered.

The iris vessels of the white rabbits and gray iris of the colored rabbits were visible. The iris vessels were invisible in brown and black iris.
