緒　言

　コンピュータ断層法（以下CTと略す）は被検査領域の小区画のX線吸収係数（以下CT係数と略す）を算出することにより，それらの像を描出することは衆知のことである。

　眼科領域では，個々の構成要素が比較的小さく，3方を骨でかこまれた円錘形の中にあるため，個々のCT係数に関しては開題点が多いとされている。

We analyzed the histograms of CT values for the eyelid and the orbit. The CT values in this area ranged from +101 to less than -99. The histogram contained one large peak corresponding to the ocular coat, lens and the vitreous with low flat portions on both sides of the peak. The flat portion in the minus direction was wider than that in the plus direction.

We investigated into the enhancement effect of the CT values in this area after intravenous injection of 65% Angiografin. The extraocular muscles, ocular coat and the lacrimal gland showed high enhancement effects.
