頸動脈−海綿静脈洞瘻のCTについて

Computed tomography of the internal carotid cavernous fistulas

緒　言

　眼窩病変に対するCTの検討は，各種疾患にわたり多くの人々によりなされているが^1〜3），頸動脈−海綿静脈洞瘻（CCF）に関する報告はまだ少ない^4,5）。われわれは1977年札幌での臨床眼科学会において，主に眼窩部冠状断層撮影についての報告を行つたが^6），今回は冠状断層撮影よりは横断断層撮影の方にその所見がより特微的に描き出される点に興味を覚えたCCFのCT像について，その診断的な意義等に関して多少の検討を加えたので報告する。

We examined 68 cases including 5 ones withcarotid cavernous fistulas by means of orbital transverse axial tomography with ACTA scanner 0100. Intravenous injection of contrast material was routinely used. We could idnetify the superior ophthalmic vein in 12 cases including all the 5 cases with carotid cavernous fistula. The other 7 cases were: miscellaneous exophthalmos (3 cases), Tolosa-Hunt syndrome (1), orbital phlegmone (1), maxillary abscess (1) and epipharyngeal carcinoma involving the orbital apex (1).
