眼窩静脈撮影における下眼静脈および上下眼静脈吻合枝の診断的意義について

Diagnostic value of the inferior ophthalmic vein and the connecting veins in orbital venography

　11例の眼窩静脈撮影所見のうち，下眼静脈および上下眼静脈吻合枝が造影されたものは，全例中54.5％，上眼静脈が造影されたものの中では7596を占めた。

　下眼静脈が造影された6例中異常所見を認めたものは5例であり，そのうち1例を除いて病変と所見を関連づけることができた。

Diagnostic value of the inferior ophthalmic vein and the connecting veins in the orbital venography was discussed in this paper. A total of 11 cases with exophthalmos were examined by orbital venography. Three of these showed nonvisualization of these vessels and one of these was normal. Abnormal inferior ophthalmic vein and connecting veins were demonstrated in 5 cases out of the other 8 cases which showed abnormal superior ophthalmic vein. Abnormal findings of the inferior vein and con-necting veins were the displacement of these ves-sels (3 cases) and the abnormal mode of filling (2 cases).
