緑内障視野の進行因子の検討

Risk factors for the glaucomatous visual loss

　我々は原発性緑内障100眼の視野を3年間観察し，悪化進行因子を検討した。眼圧以外の因子は統計的に有意の相関関係をえられなかった。I−3イソプターの視野変化率（△S）とP （眼圧，mmHg）×t （期間，月）とのあいだに相関関係を認め△S＝−0.473（P×t）180.7なる関係式をえた。またIII期のV−4の変化と，（P-P_mean）×tの間にも有意の相関をみた。

A retrospective evaluation over a 3-year-period was conducted on 100 eyes with primary glaucomas treated with nonsurgical therapeutic modalities. The cases included 64 eyes with primary open angle glaucoma and 36 with primary angle closure glau-coma and 36 with primary angle closure glaucoma. Kinetic Goldmann perimeter was used to assess the glaucomatous visual field defects. The area of the visual field was quantitated with the aid of a com-puter.

We could identify no significant prognostic fac-tors for glaucomatous visual field defects except the intraocular pressure level.
