緒　言

　網膜色素変性症に伴う眼底疾患としては白点状網膜炎（Franceschetti et al．^1））や中心性網膜炎（霜鳥・大塚^2））の報告があるが，これらと同様珍しい合併症としてコーツ症候群の合併が知られている。これらは1956年，Zamorani^3）によつて最初に記載されついでMorgan　＆　Crawford^4），Sch-midt　＆　Faulborn^5）そしてSchmidt　＆　Faulborn^6）によつて紹介されており，わが国でも吉田・中島^7）により報告された。

　ここに述べる自験例は浸出性変化や網膜剥離のない点で上記の記載例とはかならずしも一致しないが，血管にanomalyのあることから上述の範疇に属するものと思われる。臨床経過を報告し文献的考察を二，三付け加える。

Curious combination of retinitis pigmentosa with vitreous and preretinal hemorrhages in two cases were presented. On the basis of confirmed retinitis pigmentosa, two patients, one male and another female, developed vitreous and preretinal bleeding, which was ascribed with fluorescein angiographic studies to originate from saccular aneurysmal dilatation of retinal arteries with adjacent capillary teleangiectatic alterations. Review of the reported cases in the literature and consideration of personal observation permit us to suppose that present cases might belong to the category of retinitis pigmentosa with Coats' disease.
