I．緒言

　私は第1報において，メニエール氏症候群（以下メ症と略す）の成因について唱えられている諸説を挙げ，その症状に自律神経系の症状が強く現われ，聴器機能の一側が侵されるものが大部分で，両側性に侵される場合でも左右の症状に差異が認められるが，此等の症状が自律神経系の平衡異常の為に起るものであれば，聴器より鋭敏な眼器にも当然左右差が現われるであろうと云う考えから，眼圧の左右差について健常対照例と比較検討を加え報告した。

　今回はメ症を血管系より考察する目的で，眼内動脈血圧を測定し，眼内動脈血圧及びその左右差について健常対照例と比較検討した。次いで上腕血圧と眼内動脈血圧との比についても同様な検討を加え，此等の結果より迷路血管の状態を推論せんと試み，柳かの知見を得たので，第2報として茲に報告する。

The author measured the intraoculer arterial blood pressure in 50 normal persons as control and in 100 patients suffering from Meniere's syndrome of unknown origin, in whom 50 pati-ents showed the mild form of the disease and the other 50 showed the severe form.

The maximum intraocular arterial blood pressure was higher in the patients suffering from Meniere's syndrome, than that in normal persons and between the patients suffering severely and the normal persons, the difference was significant. The minimum pressure was higher in the normal persons, than that in the patients and the difference between th-em was remarkable.
