Wegener氏肉芽腫症とその眼症状について

On Wegener's Granulomatosis and its Ocular Manifestations

緒言

　鼻腔，副鼻腔その他上気道に於て，骨軟膏を犯すに至る強い進行性の壊疽性肉芽性炎症を起し，更に気管，肺にも同様の病変を続発し，全身的には敗血症の状態を呈し，殊に腎に於ては特有の病集性糸球体腎炎の所見を示し，常に死に至る疾患は1931年Klingerがはじめて報告し，次で1936年及び1939年にWegenerが詳細に記載してからWegener氏肉芽腫症と呼ばれているが未だ原因不明の比較的稀な疾患である。最近では耳鼻科に於て多くの人の注意を惹き，可なり多数の報告が見られる。併し眼科方面では未だ余り注目されていない様である。殊に我国では我々の知る限りでは報告を見ない。外国でも本症の眼症状に注意した人は少く詳細な記載は少い。

　我々は最近ほゞ定型的な本症の2例を経験したので観察は必ずしも完全とは云えないが本症に対する一般の注意を喚起したいと考えて報告する次第である。

The authors have reported two cases of Wegener's granulomatosis and described the clinical symptoms and pathology of the disease, and also have made a detailed report about ocular symptoms and histopathological findings of their own cases. According to their description the histopathological changes of ocular tissues are essentially the same with those of other organs of the body.
