緒言

　硝子体混濁，硝子体出血に於ける混濁，出血の成因及びその吸収機転に関する研究は，Schmidt，Rimpler, Straub, Greeff等の前世紀末からの偉業に次いで，今世紀に入り陸続とつづいて，その本質が次第に明瞭となりつつあるが，尚不明の点が数多く，私共はこれを解明するため，二三の基礎的実験を行ない甚だ興味ある結果を得たので報告する。

Experimental methode

1. Nitroprusside reaction of the vitreous opacity

2. Paper electrophoresis of the γ-globulin transplanted vitreous

3. Spectrum of the vitreous hemorrhage

4. Iron-metry of the vitreous hemorrhage Experimental animal

Nomal Rabbits

Results as follows:

1. Nitroprusside reaction indicated positive with protein of the vitreous opacity, but negative with protein of non-opaque vitreous. This fact demonstrated the degene-ration of the protein in the vitreous opacity.
