硝子体混濁並びに硝子体出血に関する基礎的研究（その2）

Fundamental experiments on the vitreous haemorrhage and the vitreous opacity (part 2)

　硝子体混濁又は硝子体出血の発生機転，吸収機序に関する二，三の基礎的実験を試み，いささか興味ある結果を得たので，報告する。

The purpose of experiments :

1. Hexosamin content in rabbits vitreous, which was transplanted by 0.9 % NaCl solu-tion.

2. Sialic acid content in rabbits viteous, rabbits aq. humor and ox lens.

3. SH-radical content in transplanted vitreous (rabbits eye).

4. Elasticity and viscosity of the ox vitreous.

The experimental method :

1. We withdrew vitreous of 0.7-0.8cc from rabbits eye ball, and instead of vitreous, 0.9% NaCl solution transplanted to the vitreous. We withdrew again the transplan-ted vitreous 5 days, 10 days, 20 days, 25 days after priviously mentioned treatment.
