滲出性網膜炎の臨床的観察

Clinical study on exudate retinitis (Coats)

　1908年Coats氏が滲出性網膜炎に就て報告して以来，今日までに本症に関する多数の論文が発表され，臨床的にも病理組織学的にも大いに解明されているが，現在尚不明な点が少なからず，夫の本態に就ても学者の意見の一致をみるに到つていない。

　私共は最近遭遇した本症患者に就て，従来あまり試みられていない網膜下液の理化学的検索を行い，且つ本邦に於ける所謂コーツ氏病の統計的観察をも試みたので，その結果をあわせて茲に報告する。

1) The physicochemical examination of the subretinal fluid which was got from a patient of retinitis exudativ, 16 aged male, was carried out. Its results are as follows : specific gravity : 1040, pH ; 7.2, Rivalta reaction ; slightly positive, total protein content ; 14.6%, total cholesterol content ; 130mg/dl, glucose content ; 61.0mg/dl, sediments ; a few of round cell and cholesterol crystals. According to the electrophoretic picture ; albumin and /3-glo-bulin decreased, α-and γ-globulin increased in comparison with control patient's serum.

From the above-mentioned, subretinal fluid of the patient is thought to be the exudate.
