単球性白血病の1剖検例

An autopsy case of monocytic leukemia

緒言

　単球の発生乃至帰属に関しては細胞学上の謎であり，古来より色々な論争の的となつて居り，今日と雖も全く意見の一致を見るに至つていない。之に関連して単球性白血病なるものの存在可能，不可能の問題も久しきに亘つて論議せられ，今日も尚是れを骨髄性白血病の一異型として見，其の独立性を否定せんとする説も相当に行われているが，一方この存在を主張する人も少なからず，最近に至り，本症の独立を認むる気運になりつつある。

　我々の経験せる症例は血液像が単球を主とする急性単球性白血病の定型的なものであつて，眼底に白血病性網膜炎の病変を呈し，急激なる経過の中に死亡し，剖検と共に眼球を病理組織学的に検索する機会を得たので報告する。

The case was a woman aged 24, who died because of typical progressed acute monocy-tic leukemia had been dissected.

In the whole body reticulo-endothelial multiplication was observed.

Ophthalmoscopically large or small white patches and small bleedings of the retinain both eyes were seen.

Pathohistologically monocytic infiltration and bleeding under the retina were seen, but its infiltration extended all over the retina and ran through the retina.

Further monocytic infiltrations in the choroid, sclerotic and subconjunctival tissue were also observed.
