　Wilson氏病は，C．Westphalが1883年初めて独立疾患として記載し，Wilsonが1912年，進行性レンズ状核変性症と名付けて発表以来，本邦でも，田野の詳細なる剖見例を始めとして数十例を見るが，我々も，ここ4年間に既に教室の阿部が報告した1例を含め5例のWilson氏病を経験したので，ここに報告する。

Wilson's disease has been said to be more frequent in male and in the 10 s. of age. Three cases out of 5 of Wilson's disease with Kayser-Fleisher's ring studied in our clinic were male and in the 10's of age. All cases presented typical clinical pictures, but transparent layer of 1 mm width at the inside of the corneal limbus, which mature was not confirmed by histochemical examination, was observed in only one case. Recent advance in ophthal-mological examination has made diagnosis of Kayser-Fleischer's ring easier and therefore reports on Wilson's disease has increased lately.
