最近私は,特発性の片側性涙液分泌減少の1例を経験したが,このような例は私が調査した範囲では文献に記載がないので,諸先輩の御教示を得たいと存じ報告する次第である。
A girl aged 17 complained of lacrimal hyposecretion of the left eye without accompanying any other involvements. Shirmer's test revealed this was true.
At the time of adrenaline injection, only slight acceleration of lacrimation of both eyes was seen, while, by pilocarpine injection, considerable acceleration of lacrimation of both eyes was seen. Moreover, it was remarkable that lacrimation of the left eye was much more accelerated than the right eye.
This case, relieved ultimately by means of vagostigmine injection, suggests complexity of the innervation of the lacrimal gland.
