巨大眼瞼結膜惡性黒色腫の1例

A case report on a giant malignant tumor on the palpebral conjunctiva

緒言

　眼科領域に於ける悪性黒色腫は，脈絡膜乃至，毛様体から発生するものが最も多く，結膜や虹彩から発生する事は比較的稀とされている。本邦に於ても，阿部氏の報告以来，少数例が散見されるにすぎない。

　最近，我々は左上眼瞼結膜に発生した悪性黒色腫の一例を経験したので，その臨床所見並びに組織学的所見について報告したい。

(1) A rare case of giant malignant melanoma on the palpebral conjunctiva in a 85 years old female was reported. The patient visited our clinic about 4 months before the admission with complaints of a swelling in the left upper lid and visual disturbance. The left lid was not raised spontaneously. The palpebral conjunctiva was filled with a black tumor which developed from the conjunctiva itself, the eye ball being not discernible. V.D.=0.04 (n.c), V.S.=0.

The tumor, 24×35×25mm in size, was widely excised with the lower pigmented palpebral conjunctiva. An atrophied eye ball was revealed behind the tumor.
