Wilson氏病の眼剖見例

Anatomical Examination of Wilson's Disease

　Wilson （1912）が記載した肝脳変性症に於いて臨床的には運動障害，言語障害と共に眼症状としてのKayser-Fleischer輪の占める意義も大であり，この角膜輪の存在によつて診断の確認されることが屡々である。而してKayser-Fleischer輪の本態に就いては，Fleischer （1910）が初めて組織学的検査を行つて以来，諸説があるが未だ不明である。本邦に於いても鹿野（1944）^1），及び田野（1950）^2）氏の2例に於いて組織学的検索が行われているが，前者はツエロイジン包埋により色素の消失を来した為，実際に詳細な組織化学的検査が実施されたのは田野氏の1例のみである。私もWilson氏病の剖見例に遭遇し，その眼球に就いて種々検索を行つたので報告する。

From the anatomical examination of a man aged 24 suffered from Wilson's disease who was recognized the typical Kayser-Fleisher's ring on the corneas of his eyes before his birth the author histologically and histochemically examined his eyeballs.

The pigmentation location of the cornea had Zonally been arranged along the length of 1.5mm at the distance of about 9mm from the corner of the iris and cornea parallel to the posterior margin of Descemet's membrane.
