　中心性網脈絡膜炎（増田）の病因は尚不明な点が多く，その治療についても未だ確実なものが知られていない。最近私達は心臓，末梢循環剤であるCarnigen （Hoechst）を使用して，可成り有効な作用をみたので以下に報告する。

　使用法は主としてCarnigen錠を用い，1日6錠内服させた。また毎週或は隔週来院時に皮下注射を併用した症例もある。

The effects of Carnigen (Hoechst) on chorioretinitis centralis (Masuda) were investiga-ted.

Carnigen, which contains nucleosid extracted from the organs of the mammalias, is known to be effective on hypotensive circulatory disturbances. It was used on 8 cases of such patient internally. All of them were treated with favorable result on the subjective symptoms. On the vision, however, 4 cases were treated remarkably, 2 cases were effe-ctively and others were non.
