緒言

　急性瀰漫性脈絡膜炎に関しては多数の報告があり種々な検索も為されているが，その本態に就いても未だ定説がない様である。之は一方では本症が分類上にも確たるものが無い為であるが，過去の報告に就いて見ても，実に多種多様な症状を呈することからも，その困難さが思われるのである。

　最近余は急性滲出性脈絡網膜炎の形で発病した本症の一例を経論したので報告する。

A 22 years old female suffered disturbance of vision abruptly without any prodrome. The results of various tests were negative except Mantoux's reaction. Though her visual acuity weakened to the extent of hand movement in fortnight, she recured after five months leaving the clear image like sunset glow in eye-ground. This was the case of acute diffuse chorioretinitis Harada which was difficult to be discerned from acute exsudative chorioretinitis tuberculosa in early stage.
