外傷に基因せる結膜下鞏膜瘻孔の稀例並に之が緑内障負荷試験の成績に就いて

Rare case of subconjuctival fistula of the cornea induced by trauma and the results of loading of glaucoma on it.

緒言

　角膜縁に接し虹彩脱出を伴つた鞏膜穿孔性外傷を何等医師の治療を受けることなく片眼包帯のみで良好な経過を取り結膜下鞏膜瘻を形成して治癒した1稀例に相遇したのでこゝに報告する。

A patient complained the asthenopia of right eye. He stuck his right eye with saw about 12 years ago and never consutled the doctor, leaving it covered with monoculus. The right eye's pupil is dislocated inner-upwards and changed to ellipse by the trauma. It cased iris prolapse from the sclera near corneal limbs, formed subconjunctival fistula of the sclera. And after the adhesion, the conjunctival tissue covered it. No anomaly was observed in anterior chamber, lens, vitreous, fundus ocular tension and visual field. The visual acuity was
